Cadica USA is looking for a Junior Brand Coordinator for their New York Office. This position will be responsible for Operational and Analytical Account Management for one or more assigned accounts. The position will be the interface between the Sales Manager and the client.
The Brand Coordinator will be responsible for providing sales support to assigned existing customers along with technical team members via phone, email and/or face-to-face meetings.
The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, is effective in juggling multiple timelines and resource needs, and is skilled in navigating and motivating cross-functional teams in servicing client needs.

Responsibilities
Manage trim product development process from customer consultation to art development, costing, sampling, and final approval.
Manage all account-based inventories.
Serve as a global liaison to ensure all deadlines are met and status of developments are communicated internally and externally.
Gather customer information / specifications to develop new programs or redesign of existing programs, driving towards the most value-added solution for the account.
Serve as the point of contact between Global Sampling & Product Deployment hubs to deploy new items to production.
Attend customer presentations and meetings as required.
Provide support to the Senior Sales Manager as needed.
Schedule FedEx, DHL, and messenger shipments / pickups as needed.
Work with the HK Logistics team on the shipping of bulk orders and communicate to them of any special shipping instructions, split shipments, and to identify and resolve any shipment issues.
Create sample orders, sales orders and purchase orders in the system and monitor them to make sure they are completed and shipped on time.
Prepare samples / sample cards to be sent to customers for review and approval.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
1-2 years in apparel/textiles, manufacturing, business development, sales, product management, or marketing.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps.
Experience in customer service.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic financial skills and business insight.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus.
