Enrico Mambelli joins the Cadicagroup Board of Directors
Cadicagroup- the company specialized in the supply of accessories such as labels, hangtags and packaging for the main clothing brands and leader in the premium and absolute luxury segments, welcomes on its Board of Directors Enrico Mambelli, Senior Advisor of H.I.G. Capital, an international investment fund.
Andrea Carnevali, Chief Executive Officer of Cadicagroup, in welcoming him to the Company’s Board of Directors says:
“We are glad about the entry of Enrico who boasts an international profile, a strong expertise and a wide-ranging managerial approach”.
Enrico with this entry will further consolidate the international growth of Cadica and of the whole new Group, created by a simultaneous acquisition of a controlling part in Cadica, Tessilgraf and Bernini by the international investment fund -HIG Capital.
Enrico Mambelli started his career in the Sales & Marketing sector first at Nike Italia and then joined Benetton Sportsystem in 1993. He joined the Textile Financial Group (GFT), where he held positions increasing his responsibility as Group Commercial Manager and President of EMEA and South America for well-known fashion brands. In 2002 he joined Gianfranco Ferrè with the title of CEO and then after 3 years, he left to take the lead of Diadora. Enrico today is a senior advisor for international private equity funds.
